Caring for Fudge
Our fudge is freshly made and should keep for up to 10 days, but whether you can wait that long is another matter.
Store your fudge at room temperature, as the sugar in the fudge acts as a natural preservative. Do not refrigerate it, as this can affect the colour and texture of the fudge.
If you have oodles of willpower and want to save your fudge for later, it freezes well. Wrap each slice (or the whole box) in foil or plastic wrap to seal it. To defrost, leave in the wrapping for at least two hours.
What goes in our fudge?
Our fudge is made in small batches using only fresh and natural ingredients; granulated sugar, liquid sugars, fresh whipping cream, natural flavourings and colours, salt.
Plus, depending on the flavour, we may add cocoa powder, fresh and dried fruits, nuts, chocolate, marshmallows, biscuits, dried spices, dextrose and skimmed milk powders,
All our fudge is gluten free, and our Dairy Free fudge is made using soya cream instead of whipping cream.
We are proud of the fact we don’t use any artificial flavourings or preservatives in our fudge.
All our fudge flavours may contain traces of nuts.
