UK TRACKED ROYAL MAIL SERVICE

UK postings are processed the same day for orders received before 12.00 am (GMT) from Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays).

You may choose to send each item in your order to your billing address or to any other address. Other addresses are then saved so you can easily access them in the future.

We offer a tracked delivery 48 hour (2-3 days) and 24 hour (1-2 days) service, with Royal Mail as standard for UK orders, delivery times may depend on your local Royal Mail service, contact your local Royal Mail office for delivery enquiries. Shipping is not available over Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. This is not a guaranteed service, so please allow for this when choosing your despatch date.

P&P charges are graded by the combined weight of your chosen items to each delivery address you nominate. The weight of each of your items is clearly shown in the Delivery Summary which will update as you choose different addresses.

EU/ROW TRACKED COURIER SERVICE

Delivery to Overseas is possible but delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed, delivery times will depend on your local service.  There is a risk with long haul destinations that the fudge may not arrive within the ‘Best Before’ date.

Please note that EU International consignments excludes Albania, Belarus, Bosnia & Herzegovina, Montenegro, Moldova, Norway, Russian Federation, San Marino, Serbia, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine.

AVAILABILITY

Our whipping cream fudge flavours change regularly so, if you place your order far in advance, check with our Customer Services Department that your chosen flavour will still be available at the time of despatch. On the rare occurrence that a flavour is unavailable on the day of despatch, our artisan fudge making team will include a substitute carefully selected as a close alternative to the original choice in your fudge box. We'll note any substitutions in your order on a substitutions card so they're easy to spot.

If you would like to leave a substitution note, please declare a comment when placing your order such as, "Subs: No Chocolate”. If you'd rather we didn't send you any substitutions, let us know that you don't want them by writing, ‘No Substitutions’ in the order comments box. Doing this will mean that we will never send an alternative if your chosen flavour has run out. However, in this instance, your order despatch date will be delayed, as a fresh batch of the required flavour may have to be made. Should the flavour no longer be available, one of our team will enquire whether you require a cancellation, or wish to duplicate one of your other chosen flavours.
