Our fudge makers have gone bananas! Our Cambridge fudge makers held a competition amongst the local student population and this delicious concoction was the winner. We add slices of real banana to our Best Traditional Toffee fudge as it boils which gives a really subtle flavour and amazing texture.

Banoffee Bonanza takes the idea of Banoffee Pie and replicates it in a mouth watering layered fudge.
Thanks to our unique method of making fudge, Banoffee Bonanza is a taste sensation with an amazing texture - a thin outer crust gives way to a smooth, soft and creamy centre that really does melt in the mouth.
