Yet another classic fudge concoction from Fudge Kitchen.
Unlike other inferior pretenders to the Rum & Raisin throne of fudge, our interpretation of this traditional flavour fudge is quite unique. Visually it is superb - white rum flavoured fudge dotted with natural raisins. Using whipping cream instead of butter reduces caramelisation and preserves the snowy white appearance.
Our Rum and Raisin is available in thick chunky slices, not meagre hard little cubes. It has a unique texture, thanks to our traditional hand rolling method of making fudge, with an outer crust concealing a soft and creamy centre that melts in the mouth. We use the finest possible natural ingredients to make our creamy fudge, then add a generous helping of natural rum flavour and scatter handfuls of plump juicy raisins.
It all creates what we think is the king of Rum and Raisin fudge and, as with all our flavours, is available in thick luxurious slices weighing approximately 175 grams.
