Sea Salted Caramel
This divine flavour is a delicious addition to the Fudge Kitchen range.
Firstly, we handmake the gooey caramel that is then added to the copper pot as the fudge boils. As it is cooling on the marble slab, we add a handful of crunchy sea salt from The Anglesey Sea Salt Company which gives the fudge a sharp , yet delicious edge . The fudge is then creamed to perfection by an expert fudge maker until it is ready to be sliced into generous 175g slabs.
Our fudge has a firm outer crust, yet as you slice off a chunk - the soft and sumptuous inner is revealed.
