Melting Middle Fudge Cupcakes
These naughty cupcakes have a molten fudgy centre, serve warm with ice cream for a melt-in-your-mouth taste sensation!
Makes 8 Cupcakes
55g Soft Margarine
55g Caster Sugar
85g Self Raising Flour
1 Tbsp cocoa powder
55g Chocolate Caramel Fudge Sauce
1. Preheat oven to 190 degrees celcius. Put 8 paper baking cases in a bun tray.
2. Put the margarine, sugar, egg, flour and cocoa powder in a large bowl and using an electric whisk , beat together until smooth.
3. Spoon half of the mixture into the case, then using a teaspoon put a blob of fudge sauce in the middle of each cake.
4. Bake the cupcakes in a preheated oven for 20 minutes. Leave to stand for a couple of minutes, then tuck in!
