About Jim Garrahy

The late great Jim Garrahy was the original creator for our unique blend of creamy slab fudge, made in a fudge kitchen. An Irish-American, Jim Garrahy first inspired the launch of our fudge into the UK and then supported us along our journey.

After using the brand name "Jim Garrahy’s Fudge Kitchen" in the UK since 1983, we decided to shorten our name to just Fudge Kitchen in 2010, as this is how most of our customers and staff now refer to us. Even though there have been imitators along the way we were the UK’s original Fudge Kitchen.
