Now it’s your chance to become a home expert producing fudge the Fudge Kitchen way, using all natural ingredients and the time honoured hand-working methods we use to get that extra special creamy taste.

Not for us pouring out into trays and leaving to set! We want to work that fudge hard so it is as smooth and velvety as can be. We have taken great care choosing the best spatulas, board and thermometer we could find so you too can make the delicious fudge that we make in our shops. Fudge making our way is a skilled activity! From the fun and challenge of producing a batch, all the way through to the delicious end product. We want you to have lots of fun and become great fudge makers, so don’t hang around, get going on perfecting that special technique and send in your photos for our monthly competition.

It takes care and practice to make the perfect fudge so don’t worry if its not quite right the first time or even the second, keep going and you’ll soon be making delicious fudge and in flavours of your choice. The beauty of our fudge making kit is that, as long as you don’t burn the raw ingredients, if your batch doesn’t turn out right – perhaps it doesn’t set or sets too hard – you can simply pop it all back in the pan and have another go.

Make fudge for friends, have fun making it with the family and teach the children something they’ll never forget. But take care, the process involves getting your mixture very, very hot so making our fudge requires adult supervision and should never be done by children alone.

As our fudge does not contain butter you can very easily substitute the whipping cream content like for like with soya cream thereby producing any number of dairy free flavours.
