"Hello from down under, I recently bought some of your wonderful fudge and suprisingly some lasted long enough to freeze. I was delighted to find that it lost none of its delights from freezing as directed. Last night I was so eager to taste the decadent confectionery that I decided to try putting it in the microwave...10 - 12 seconds on full (800w) was all it took. Not only did it defrost the fudge a treat but it also rejuvenated it and gave it that just made taste that one gets when one is fortunate enough to be able to call into your outlets and buy the fresh fudge. Living in Australia means that by the time it is delivered it is towards the latter end of its shelf like, however after the freezer/microwave treatment it was as good as new."
