Her Majesty is celebrating 70 years as head honcho, and we want to get in on some of that sweet Jubilee money. Enter...The Queen’s Fudge.
The first few recipes we tried weren’t great. The caramelised swan flavour was ok, but we just couldn’t get people to buy the blended peasant and ermine. In the end, we recreated the Queen’s favourite teatime cake by throwing an enormous quantity of biscuits into a rich chocolate fudge. Then we Fu-jazzled the top and gave it an official jubilee emblem.
