Mother's Day Slab Fudge Selection
Four slices of decadence - perfect for spoiling Mum! Your mother deserves the very best so we have carefully created a selection box with 4 flavours she is bound to love. It comes lovingly packaged in our smart box, just add your own personalised message.
This selection includes:
- Chocolate Caramel Swirl Fudge
We wanted to give Mum the best flavour but we couldn’t work out whether that meant chocolate or caramel. So, we swirled them together to make chocolate AND caramel? Mum...you...are...welcome!
- Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Fudge
Rich, dark and slightly salty...like that handsome sailor in the Mills & Boon novel your Mum swears she isn’t reading.
- Key Lime Pie Fudge
Go on, take your Mum to Florida. She can go on all the rides, fight an alligator and sample proper Key Lime Pie. What? Travel restrictions due to a pandemic? Fair enough. Get her our Key Lime Pie fudge instead. Zesty Lime, buttery shortbread and smooth cream cheese to chase away those 2020 blues.
- Eton Mess Fudge
The story goes that the original Eton Mess was created when the boys of Eton accidentally dropped a pavlova and hurriedly scooped the remains up into a bowl to serve to the Queen. She loved it and a fantastic new desert was born. Now obviously your Mum is better than the Queen but who can say no to a flavour with a Royal blessing?
All our hand made fudge is been made using the finest natural, vegetarian friendly and gluten free ingredients, mixed to an authentic original recipe dating from 1830.
This a fresh product that will perish, the shelf-life is 2 weeks, please consider this if ordering as a gift or special occassion and set an advance delivery date at checkout if needed. Image differ depending on flavours available.

Our whipping cream fudge is freshly made, available in thick luxurious slices weighing approximately 175 grams, and should keep for up to 10 days, but whether you can wait that long is another matter.
Store your fudge at room temperature, as the sugar in the fudge acts as a natural preservative. DO NOT REFRIGERATE it, as this can affect the colour and texture of the fudge.
Can I freeze my fudge?
If you have oodles of willpower and want to save your fudge for later, it freezes well. Wrap each slice (or the whole box) in foil or plastic wrap to seal it. To defrost, un-wrap for at least two hours in a cool dark place.
Although you can certainly freeze our fudge, we would advise against freezing any food more than once. Freezing food as fast as possible minimizes the loss of liquid, because when ice crystals form quickly, they remain very tiny. If the process of freezing and thawing is repeated, greater moisture losses occur. When you freeze, thaw, and refreeze an item, the second thaw will break down more cells, leaching out moisture and deliciousness and changing the texture and quality of the product.
Let your fudge thaw in a cool environment, unwrapped and standing on its greaseproof sheet. If at first a shiny stickiness appears on the surface, this will clear in time but it helps if it is not in a hot atmosphere. Read full instructions on our packaging.
