Unroll the pastry sheet, cut in half horizontally, mark 10 sections per half sheet.
Brush the edges of each sheet, and along each divide mark, with the egg.
Spread 1 teaspoon of mince meat mixture in the middle of each of the 10 sections on one of the sheets. Place the second sheet on top, press the edges, and in-between each line of mince meat. Brush with egg, then cut down the divide lines.
Sprinkle with brown sugar then turn over and repeat, brushing each slice with egg and sprinkling with brown sugar.
Taking both ends of the slice, twist and place onto a baking tray covered with baking paper. Repeat for the remaining 9 slices. Place in the oven at 200C / Gas Mark 6 for 10-15 minutes. Once golden, place on a cooling tray.
Mix 45g of liquid fudge in the icing sugar and 1 teaspoon of hot water. Place in a piping bag, snip the tip of the bag and drizzle over the twists.
