Dark Chocolate & Sea Salt Fudge Nests

Ingredients

  • Chocolate Fudge Slice
  • 85g Crispie Rice
  • Chocolate Eggs
  • Double Cream
  • Cake Cups

Method

  1. Add 2 tablespoons of double cream to a pan.
  2. Break up a slice of Chocolate Fudge and heat to 115 C
  3. Stir in the crisped rice and fill the cup cases with the mixture.
  4. Finally, decorate with chocolate eggs.
