Fudge Eggnog

Festive Fudgenog


  • 5 Eggs Separated
  • 700ml Whole Milk
  • 240ml Heavy or Double Cream
  • 175ml Bacardi Dark Rum or Bourbon
  • 1 Vanilla Bean Pod
  • 3 Cinnamon Sticks
  • 1tsp Nutmeg
  • 4 Chocolate Orange Drinking Fudge Sachets


  1. Combine the milk, cream, cinnamon, vanilla bean, vanilla seeds and nutmeg in a pan on medium heat.
  2. Once boiling, remove from heat and allow to steep.
  3. In a separate bowl, beat the egg yolks and Drinking Fudge.
  4. Slowly whisk in the milk.
  5. Add the bourbon or rum.
  6. Refrigerate overnight or for up to 3 days.
  7. Before serving, beat the egg whites in a large bowl until soft peaks form.
  8. Gently fold into the fudgenogg until combined.
  9. Serve and garnish with freshly grated nutmeg.
