Our slab fudge is freshly made and should keep for up to 10 days, but whether you can wait that long is another matter. Store your fudge at room temperature, as the sugar in the fudge acts as a natural preservative. DO NOT REFRIGERATE. (UK Delivery 1-2 days, Allow up to 3 days delivery for Wales, Scotland, Highlands, Isle Of Wight and UK Channel Islands.)
The Real Deal … Fudge doesn’t get more authentic than this. We still boil up each batch in a huge copper pot over an open flame. Hot fudge is then poured onto an Italian marble counter to cool, where our artisan fudgeteers skilfully turn it with huge spatulas in fabulous flourishes. This is the secret to our signature smoothness (tell no one). The cooled ‘baguette’ of fresh fudge is then sliced into generous 175g slices, firm on the outside, soft and creamy in the centre. Just the way it should be.
