This is the second time we have bought fudge from the fudge kitchen. The first batch that arrived was melted and resembled more like tar than fudge - we believe it may have melted in transit during the heat wave. We straight away got in touch and the team sent out a replacement order straight away free of charge. This second batch was amazing. Great texture and amazing taste! Great fudge and great customer service. We will definitely be ordering again!

The only thing that could improve this is if you were able to find a way to make it less runny when fresh. I understand that the sea salt tends to hamper the solidification, so no negativity intended here. It is gorgeous but very difficult to share "covid safe" (what an absolute shame!)

Why add the salt? In fudge the sugar seems to prevent the salt from enhancing the flavour and you just get salt.

This is usually my sons favourite! He gets it from your Cambridge shop. For his birthday I knew I had to add it to his box, however the fudge that arrived was runny, sticky and almost ‘unset’ in texture which was very disappointing....he had to keep it in the fridge as it was so sticky. The flavour was lovely but the texture was definitely not right.

This is my favourite flavour from Fudge Kitchen, it is always so creamy with the perfect salted caramel flavour. My only issue is that it's far too addictive, a slice doesn't last for long!

i bought as a gift for my son at Christmas. As expected there was no complaints. Delivery was very quick.

This Sea Salted Caramel Fudge slice was disappointing. It arrived runny, dripping, distorted and didn’t harden up in the freezer. It couldn’t be eaten and was unfortunately thrown in the bin. It’s a shame as the recipient was really looking forward to eating this flavour of fudge.

Extremely serious stuff! When it got here I went for a piece and ate almost half the bar!!!! If you buy this you will always buy other fudge trying to get something like it but there is nothing like it.

Seemed a tad melted upon delivery. We served it up over ice cream and it was still good.

I introduced my mum to Fudge Kitchen whilst she visited Oxford, I took her along to Broad Street and she watched your team making the fudge by hand in house. She’s hooked! Your original flavours remind her of fudge as a child. She now has an excuse to eat fudge on every occasion. We even took some with our picnic to enjoy at the Chelsea flower show. It’s just the best! ☺️

Usually this is great but this time it was very runny. Some of it was on the inside of the box and when I unwrapped it just collapsed.

Unfortunately this sea salted caramel fudge was all melted when I received it which was a shame as I have ordered it before and IT IS INCREDIBLE. Honestly my favorite, it is so creamy and smooth and melts in your mouth. Highly recommend. Just a little let down that it arrived melted!

All of the other fudge flavours were great. This one tasted good but the consistency was not good it was too wet and it was impossible to eat with your fingers. Didn’t eat much of it at all and was a little disappointing

A big disappointment. We were looking forward to this flavour and even though we kept the fudge somewhere cool (but not cold!) the sea salted caramel fudge turned very soft very quickly, so much so that it was impossible to cut and became more liquid than solid. Even though the taste was nice, the texture was lost and we couldn't finish it. We wanted to eat fudge, not caramel sauce.

The worst one- something must have gone wrong! It had basically melted!
