Allergen Information
- Withs & Withouts: Our "with" fudges may contain trace amounts of ingredients from the "without" options, but not on purpose.
- Nuts & Peanuts: All of our fudges are made on the same marble slab and stored in the same counter, so they are not suitable for those with nut or peanut allergies.
- Dairy-Free: We take extra care in making our dairy-free fudges, with thorough cleaning and storage on a separate shelf. However, they are made in the same environment as dairy-based fudges.
- Gluten-Free: While none of our fudges contain gluten, they are produced in an open environment, so there may be a risk of trace allergens.
If you have any questions or concerns about allergens, please ask a member of staff for a full list of ingredients for each fudge.
Original Slab Fudge
All our fudge is made with love and that feeling you get when you see a sausage dog in a little coat. Oh yes, and the ingredients are all natural, gluten free, vegetarian friendly and some are suitable for vegans too. The list below covers all the flavours we make, so may include ingredients not relevant to your specific selection.
WHIPPING CREAM SLAB FUDGE
Contains: Sugar, Fresh Whipping CREAM, Water, Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Dextrose, Natural Flavours and Colours, Salt.
VEGAN SLAB FUDGE
Contains: Gluten Free OAT, Coconut, ALMOND, HAZELNUT or Rice Drink, depending on flavour. Sugar, Water, Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar Syrup, Dextrose, Salt, Natural Flavours and Colours.
Depending on the chosen flavours, fudges may also contain: Cocoa Powder, Fresh and Dried Fruits, TREE NUTS and PEANUTS, Milk and White Chocolate (MILK, SOYA), Dark Chocolate (SOYA), Meringue (EGG), Alcohol (SULPHITES).
