Since 1983, we’ve been passionate about perfecting our fudges, brittles and caramels. Made in small batches and using only the finest natural ingredients, they are handworked to a perfect taste and texture.

Each ingredient is natural, authentic, uncompromisingly sourced and meticulously balanced against each other. Every recipe is original and every batch is handmade by a small, artisan team, driven by the pursuit of the perfect brittle snap and the optimum creaminess (sad, but true).
