Wedding Fudge Sculptures

Impress your guests and create your own fudge masterpiece sculpture in a range of flavours using our mini slices.

Each sculpture is made using our traditional and unique sugar-crafting technique, honed over nearly 40 years of loving fudge making. Our artisan fudge begins life by being poured onto Carrara marble tables and the liquid sugar is hand-worked to produce a supremely creamy and rich texture. Once set, our generous, thick slices are arranged into an impressive sculpture, and decorated to fit your theme.

The approximate weight per slice is 75-80 grams. Available in small (64 slices) or large (130 slices).

For Saturday or Sunday deliveries, please choose Thursday as your despatch date and select the service you require.

All of our products are vegetarian friendly and made with no gluten-containing ingredients. Ingredients listed below are for all possible flavours which we produce, this may include ingredients that are not relevant to your specific flavour selection.

VANILLA - Sugar, Cream (MILK), Water, Glucose Syrup, Inverted Sugar, Dextrose, Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste (1.3%), Sea Salt.

SALTED CARAMEL - Sugar, Water, Cream (MILK), Glucose Syrup, Dark Brown Soft Sugar, Invert Sugar, Dextrose, Handmade Caramel (1.77%), Sea Salt (0.71%).

CLOTTED CREAM - Sugar, Water, Clotted Cream (MILK) (8.61%), Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar, Dark Brown Soft Sugar, Butter, Dextrose, Madagascan Vanilla Bean Paste, Sea Salt.

DARK CHOCOLATE & SEA SALT - Sugar, Cream (MILK), Water, Glucose Syrup, Invert Sugar, Dark Chocolate 55% (5.55%) (SOYA), Cocoa Powder (4.75%), Dextrose, Sea Salt (0.63%).

    We only use FSC / PEFC certified board for product packaging. The FSC is dedicated to promoting responsible forestry and certifies forests around the world to ensure they meet the highest environmental and social standards possible.

  • Quality & Kindness

    But it’s important to us that everything we add doesn’t take away from the bigger picture! We use only plant-based inks and water-based glues, and limit foiling to ensure recyclability.

  • Planet Friendly

    Continuously working hard to improve the recyclability and compostability of our packaging. This year we launched a new range of fully compostable-packaged products in our shops throughout the UK. The small amount of plastic packaging we use is made of recycled materials.

  • Giving Back

    We support a number of causes and initiatives that aim to tackle both social and environmental issues close to our hearts. This year we've already provided over 800 weeks of community support for older people, and have raised funds to plant more than 1,300 trees.
